Fix auth crashes + add CI/CD workflow

- Fix jose->pyjwt import mismatch
- Fix bcrypt->pbkdf2 password hashing
- Fix Sidebar logout prop (ReferenceError)
- Add .gitea/workflows/deploy.yml for automated deployment
